Help me pay legal fees for protecting my labor rights

Hello, my name is Oana and I worked for an organization that promised me an employment contract but never provided one, leaving me without access to basic worker protections. As a queer migrant awaiting residency papers at the time, I was especially vulnerable.

In 2024, I felt forced to seek legal action to defend myself. The organization delayed resolution for 11 months, thus driving up legal fees. Though we reached an agreement in July 2025, the compensation I received was far less than what I believe I was owed considering I cannot access unemployment benefits, and not enough to cover the 3,712 € in legal fees incurred. The organization also refused to cover legal fees.

The 11 months of legal action alongside the the burnout from the work done prior severly impacted my mental health and I am still recovering from that while working a full-time job. I am also 2,600 € in debt which I am paying off right now and my salary simply is not enough to cover my survival, paying off the debt and the the legal fees.

I'm asking for 3,850 € in order to pay the legal fees and the GoFundMe fees. Any and all contributions help. Every share also helps. Thank you!
