Hi, my name is Olha, and I’m raising funds to open a small café-patisserie in the Netherlands.

I moved here almost four years ago and have been working hard to build a new life from scratch. Starting over in a new country as a woman has meant learning everything again — from language and systems to professional stability — while staying resilient and focused on my goals.

Baking has always been my passion. Over time, it grew into a clear dream: to create a cozy café-patisserie where people can feel welcome, slow down, and enjoy thoughtfully made desserts inspired by my background and experience. For me, baking is a way to create comfort, connection, and a sense of home.

This project represents independence and self-reliance. I am building it step by step with a clear vision, professional experience, and a detailed business and financial plan. However, at an early stage, access to traditional financing can be limited, especially when starting a business independently.

I am raising €20,000 to cover essential startup costs such as professional kitchen equipment, permits, documentation, and preparation for opening. This support will help me take an important step toward opening a small, honest business built on quality, care, and community.
