Hi! Me, my boyfriend and our 2 close friends will be going homeless soon due to illegal subletting from a murderer. It was our first time moving out on our own and we saw a facebook marketplace listing renting out rooms and jumped on the opportunity.

Unfortunately, we eventually got swatted and detained on April 11th and taken in for questioning. Our house was completely turned over and trashed, with a lot of our belongings being damaged.

We found out the next day the guy who we were renting from (Matthew Leonard) was arrested at a traffic stop on April 12th and was taken into custody and is being charged with 2 counts of aggravated felony murder, and obstruction of justice.

The next day we met with the landlord and he told us that we had 3 days to move all of our stuff out but was super understanding of our situation. He also let us know that Matthew was illegaly subletting without our knowledge.
