After a really tough chapter in my life, I’m finally getting the chance to start fresh. I recently found a new apartment that will become both me and my cat’s home, and it’s close to the new job I just started. This move means so much to me. It’s a chance to leave behind a difficult situation and begin a new, more hopeful chapter.

Unfortunately, my plans for the deposit and first month’s rent fell through last minute. And to add insult to injury (literally) I just fractured my left big toe, resulting in loss of work at said new job until the ok from my Dr., which means loss of income during this time. I’m genuinely mortified to ask for help, but I know I can’t do this alone. The funds from this fundraiser will go directly towards securing my new place and making sure my cat and I have a safe, stable home as I get settled into my new job.
