Unfortunately, there are people living in the attic above me, even though there are only four floors in the building. I have tried to be patient and have reached out to management multiple times, including writing emails, but after four months of waiting, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The disregard for my feelings and concerns has left me feeling unsafe and unheard in my own home.
