Hi, my name is Deneer, and I’m a mother of three wonderful children.
At the moment, I am involved in an ongoing family court matter, and a supervised contact order is currently in place. As a result, I have not seen my children for 46 days, which has been incredibly difficult for both me and them. Prior to this, I had never been separated from my children for more than ten days.
My children are currently living with their father in another city, while continuing to attend school in the community where I live. I am actively working through the legal process to restore regular contact and stability for them, and I am following all court-ordered requirements.
So far, I have spent over $3,000 on legal fees, and I anticipate additional costs as I continue advocating for meaningful access and reunification with my children. This fundraiser is intended to help cover those ongoing legal expenses and to prepare a warm, supportive home environment for when my children are able to spend time with me again.
I would love to be able to welcome them back with a space that supports their learning, creativity, and comfort. This includes things like study desks, computers for schoolwork, and an area where they can enjoy age-appropriate activities that make learning and downtime more enjoyable. I also hope to update their rooms with items that help them feel secure and excited such as a new bed for my son and a vanity for my daughter so they feel at home and cared for.
During my supervised visits, I would like to show my children photos of what they can look forward to, helping them feel hopeful and reassured during this transition. Any support toward this goal would mean more than I can express.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you are able to offer. It truly makes a difference during this challenging time.
With gratitude,
The Blaides Family
