I’m reaching out for support as I take on the challenge of renovating my very first home. This house is more than just a place to live—it’s where I’m building a future for myself and my 7-year-old daughter. As a first-time homeowner, I want to make sure our home is safe, comfortable, and up to code, but the repairs needed are more than I can handle alone.

The funds raised will go directly toward a full bathroom remodel, including new walls, flooring, a sink, toilet, and shower. I also need to install a new water meter and hot water tank, relevel the floors, and update the electrical system before turning the power back on. These updates are especially urgent because a home down the street, built at the same time as mine, recently burned down from an electrical fire. I want to make sure my daughter and I are safe and that our home is a secure place for us to grow.
