Hi, my name is Ian and in spring 2019 at the age of 35 I was diagnosed with bowel cancer which had already spread to my liver. Straight to Stage 4 . With a beautiful wife and a 7 month old baby boy this news tore our world apart. We were, we still are, devastated at having to face one of the cruelest blows life can strike.

Treatment wise I have gone through over 67 rounds of chemotherapy, a bowel operation giving me a colostomy and a a major liver resection operation as well as clinical trial drugs all just to be here.

My incredible wife, Hayley and I have tried to make family life as normal as possible and make magical memories. We always wanted a sibling for Austin and in 2020 were lucky enough to have a beautiful baby girl, Etta completing us.

Over the last 5 years Hayley and I have continued to work full time to pay the bills, It has always been my mission to make memories and provide as much for as long as I can. I have now come to a point where I have had to leave work due to my health and I want to focus on making more special memories with the loves of my life.
