Who is UGEAFI and what is their mission?

 

UGEAFI is a non profit charity organization founded in early 2000s in the eastern region of Democratic Republic of Congo.

 

*The mission of UGEAFI is to support and accompany the process of self-organization and social, cultural, economic and "political" self-advancement of the inhabitants of the middle and high lands of Fizi-Itombwe, Uvira and Idjwi, with a view to Improve their socio-economic living conditions.*

 

for the past 3 years I Have teamed up with UGEAFI to help fundraising projects such as

 

**providing school supplies for over 400

students

**providing community farmers with gardening supplies and seeds

**educating and teaching women and young girls about clean hygiene and safer reproductive health

**building water fountains and water wells within the community

 

**and so much more

 

this year again I am
teaming up with UGEAFI to help fundraising money for upcoming projects and missions they are working on
