Help Me Learn and Serve in Uganda & Rwanda

Hello everyone! I’m currently in my first year of medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. This upcoming summer, I have an incredible opportunity to spend a month in Uganda and Rwanda on a practical learning trip.

In the past, I had the privilege of participating in a medical mission trip to El Salvador (as shown in the photo), which was an incredibly rewarding experience. During this upcoming trip, some of my classmates and myself will work on developing our clinical skills, engaging in public health interventions, and participating in research projects.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of the healthcare systems in Uganda and Rwanda, culminating in a final presentation where we’ll share our insights and propose ideas for potential improvements. This trip is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I’m reaching out for financial support to make it happen.
