Help me keep custody of my daughter

With everything happening in the world today, I struggle to ask for help. However, I am at a point I have no choice but to ask.

I am an immigrant from Ukraine. I am a proud citizen of the US and have lived here 11 years. I divorced 9 years ago from an abusive husband and have lived with my beautiful daughter since then. She is 13 and is my life. I work as a dental assistant and make enough of a living to take care of her. We get by. My ex only paid $200/month in child support and is not paying anything now.

Recently, my ex-husband filed two lawsuits against me. One, coming after custody of our daughter and the second to take my home, which I purchased myself long after the divorce. My ex is wealthy, and his family is wealthy. It feels like they have unlimited resources to grind us into the ground with no mercy. He has threatened several times to take everything I have if I don't submit to his demands. I make enough to live but cannot afford to pay the overwhelming legal fees he is forcing on me to defend myself and my daughter. I have nothing left to fight him.

My daughter does not want to be with him, and I do my best to protect her and keep our home. I am so desperate I tried to defend myself and was crushed in court by his two attorneys. I don't know the laws and don't understand the system. I am in over my head and in danger of losing everything.

I have an attorney and need some help to keep her in the fight. If you can help and are willing to help my daughter, I certainly appreciate anything you can give.
