Hello, my name is Alex. I am Ukrainian-Canadian and have been living in Canada for over 20 years. As the whole world comes together to support the Ukrainian people I have committed to doing my part. I am leaving for the Poland-Ukraine border to donate essentials and offer assistance in providing humanitarian aid directly to the people who have had to leave their homes and their loved ones behind.

My plan is to rent a van and do the following:

1. buy food and supplies and deliver them to food kitchens and humanitarian organizations

2. carry passengers away from the border to their designated destination where they can be fed and sheltered.

Funds will help to offset rental, fuel, accommodations, travel and the rest will be donated to grassroots humanitarian organizations.
I will post pictures as things unfold.
