- Hello, My name is Melissa. This is my grand daughter Billi Nicole She is nine weeks old today. She has been in the infant intensive Care unit in San Francisco since birth. She has troubles with eating. I live 150 miles away from the hospital and am the only one authorized to visit at this time. Her parents are dedicated to getting the help they need to reunite and have an amazing team working with them. I am on a fixed income and I'm 67 yrs old. I have been dedicated to being present for my baby grand daughter. Financially it is a very real struggle to make the trip.Reaching out for help is something I would never do if it was not 100% an emergency for my little angel Please help me be there for Baby girl Billi.
