Hi, my name is Venus from San Diego California and I’m preparing for an intensive gender affirming surgery that is a necessary step in my journey toward living authentically, and safely in my body.

This surgery will truly aid in bringing my body into alignment with my identity, easing the deep dysphoria I’ve carried for years. But the path to recovery is just as important, and it requires time, space, and resources I can’t manage alone.

I will be unable to work due to post-operative recovery and the need to rest and heal properly. Between medical bills, rent, food, and other basic living expenses, I’m facing financial insecurity at a time when stability is essential to my health and well-being.
