Humanitarian Trip to Ethiopia

Donation protected
My name is Kris and I am striving to become a visual humanitarian. My goal is to travel nationally and internationally to document and convey the real world issues of people who are in need of resources and positive self-sustaining developments that need more support. I will be showing people not only the disadvantages some face in developing countries but most importantly what is already developed, who is developing it and how we can help. This will raise awareness and result in sought-after solutions. I plan to work with humanitarian organizations to create clear visuals of  the problems and be an instrument in identifying solutions. I will help make a change. People will see the truth through the imagery and visuals I present to them.

Please donate, so I can help alongside The Table Initiative to approach these social issues. Our plan is to invest in long-term, sustainable solutions. Please know that I make no money off of this trip, and I am trying to get there without causing myself any financial harm to get there, so I can continue to help. If you support this trip it will also be added to my portfolio, so I can seek more sponsorships to continue to do this kind of work. Anything over my goal will be spent on items the youth need. Help me travel, immerse, listen, learn and find the way of love. If I can advocate for others, this can make tremendous changes for these underprivileged & disadvantaged persons, ultimately motivating others to join the initiative.

I am apart on The Table Initiative's video team that will travel to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from February 15th  to February 25th, 2019 to help connect Global Communities and Creating Advocates for Social Justice and slowly putting an end to Toxic Charity. This is accomplished through trips & charitable services, namely, coordination of non-monetary contributions to charities & nonprofits.

For my 10 day trip, we will be working with:
Make Your Mark - works with street boys
Forsaken Children - works with street kids
No Ordinary Love - works with formerly trafficked kids
Embracing Hope  - works with providing childcare for single mothers in the poorest area.

IMPORTANT: I do not make any money from this trip. Donations received are strictly going toward my travel fees, supplies for the youth requested by organizations so they can continue to be successful.

Here is a list of supplies organizations need for the youth:
