March 15th, 2025 - Update!
Today is the final day of my fundraiser, and thanks to the contributions of generous mission partners both on the GoFundMe platform and externally, I have successfully reached my goal of $1,800! Vamos a Peru!

I am incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Peru from March 22nd-30th, during my final spring break as a college student! I will be serving with a ministry very close to the heart of my community at the Drexel Catholic Newman Center, called Bridges.
Based in Lima, Peru, Bridges serves the population of Pamplona Alta, a "shanty town" that is known for its severe poverty. By volunteering with Bridges, I will be encountering the residents of Pamplona, serving alongside them, and 20 friends from Drexel, to help minister to the material and spiritual needs of the community. Materially, this may look like mixing concrete and building stairs so families can reach their homes alongside steep mountains. Spiritually, this will look like celebrating mass together and sharing meals together, all as members of God’s family. By sharing life with the people of Lima during this trip, I hope to grow closer with God, by giving and receiving His pure love, raw and joy-filled.
I am creating this fundraiser because in order for me to serve in Peru, I need to develop a team of mission partners, people like you who will make this trip possible. I invite you to join me in this mission in two ways – with your prayers and with a financial gift. I need to raise $1,800 by March 15th. To meet this goal as quickly as possible, gifts of $50, $100, $150+ are greatly needed. However, there are no minimums or maximums and all gifts are truly appreciated!
