Help me get treatment for my Grandad

Hi everyone, my name is Elena and I’m raising money for my grandad. He’s been fighting cancer for a couple of years but it has advanced in the last year. He’s truly been a champion in staying positive, changing his eating habits, and being the healthiest version of himself. My family, including me, began to feel so hopeful that he would finally beat cancer. We would sit eagerly awaiting every test result and doctor visit, days and nights were filled with anxiety hoping for the best. Recently, we found out that cancer has spread to his lungs, lymph nodes, and bones. His doctors in the United States have said that there’s nothing they can do. They said that he only has months left. My grandad has been my best friend consistently growing up. Growing up, we would go to garage sales every Saturday. Some of my fondest memories with him are spending days at our cottage eating smoked fish. As you can see in the cover photo, my grandad has a light in his eyes. He has truly taught me how to live in the moment and appreciate every second-even if it is the freezing cold lake water he’s convincing me to jump in. I’m graduating college next year and I want him to be at my graduation. I want him to be at my wedding. He’s too young to go away. We found a treatment that could stop the spread of his cancer. However, it needs to start immediately to save him and it will cost 25,000 out of pocket. Any donation at all helps. I just want to have more time with my grandad.
