Warm hello to all my friends, loved ones, and supporters! Rivky here. Many of you have been following my journey over the years as I have shifted from a career in speech therapy to one centered around emotional and holistic growth.

In a world that continues to need healing and compassion, I'm feeling moved to take my journey a step further. I now have an opportunity to attend a 6-day Somatic Energy Alignment Training in LA (May 21-26), where I hope to deepen my understanding of how I can support people moving through trauma using somatic work and nervous system regulation.
