Excuse me! I would like to tell you my story and what happened to me as I speak to your humanity.

I am Iman Fathi Abdel Fattah Abu Jaser. I am 24 years old. I was injured in the last war in Gaza, and since then my life has changed in a way that I would not wish on enemies.

When my house in northern Gaza was bombed, I lost my right eye and my entire body was burned. The fragments of the missile are still felt in my back and ears. The burns still hurt my skin, and they're getting more painful every day.

Surgical operations are almost impossible to perform in Gaza. Unfortunately, my injuries increase as a result of any operation carried out in Gaza.

I am now suffering from the beginnings of atrophy in my head, and the internal burns in my stomach and feet still hurt.

Disfigurements in my entire body as a result of shrapnel. I suffer daily from being unable to sleep due to pain and lack of painkillers.

I am trying to leave Gaza to receive proper treatment, because I may lose my left eye as a result of the double injury.

All my hope is in your generosity, which can push me to safety and obtain good medicine.

I have to get out of Gaza as soon as possible to receive the treatment I deserve and try to recover
