I don’t mean to air my drama on Facebook but I am at my wits end.
Since early 2021 I have known about [redacted], my ex-wife [redacted] new husband being investigated for molesting a girl child.
I have been fighting for custody of my children because of this and as you can see, Will was arrested for the felony crime and extradited back to Florida. When someone is arrested it means there is more than enough facts and or evidence that would lead a reasonable person to believe the crime has been committed.
I was made aware of the investigation and reached out to both the agencies working in conjunction to arrest [redacted] before he was arrested. I asked them if they believed they had enough probable cause to arrest him and both investigators said yes.

I filed a CPS report out of Ohio where my children were living and spoke to the female who did the investigation. She stated she was immediately thrown off by [redacted] comments about sleeping naked and proceeded to tell me she believed Will may be grooming my daughter.
After [redacted] was arrested I filed and emergency ex-parte custody modification trying to get my children back to safety with me. The judge ordered [redacted] to be removed from the house by the end of the day.
I hired a private investigator because believe it or not, [redacted]chose to have a child with [redacted](which would be over 10 children between the two of them) and I knew she would want him to remain around. The investigator got pictures of his car at the house and her not following the judges direct orders.
On Father’s Day I was supposed to have parenting time with them and when trying to arrange said parenting time, [redacted] denied me it. Despite me offering to drive to her because I knew she was about to have a child.
She also took my children and moved out of the state she was residing in and would not tell me their location. So I spent Father’s Day not knowing where my children were and if they were even safe.
I have beaten [redacted]every time we have gone to court but she refuses to follow the courts ruling and keep [redacted]away from our children.
[redacted]was arrested at his job and therefore lost his job. The day after my daughters birthday I received a text from a number stating, “How does it feel to have your kids call another man dad?” He also stated he would be seeing me soon, real soon!
Fast forward a week and my door was kicked in where me and my girlfriend reside. Thankfully neither her, nor I or her children were home.
More words were exchanged and he stated I better be careful or I might end up like my dad. My father had passed away last year.
I have begged [redacted] to let me take My daughter and tried talking sense into her. Asking her why she would even chance something happening to our daughter. She has denied me time and time again.
As a father, I feel my only duty is to protect my children and this whole process has been so long and exhausting.
I’m asking everyone who reads this to please share it.
I am thoroughly confused as to why I am the only one who sees this as an emergency situation and feel like more awareness needs to be brought to this issue and similar issues for others.
Our children are all that matters and it’s up to us parents to keep them safe and to raise them with the least amount of emotional harm.

I have spent over $15k on attorney fees and the man shown is dragging out the process causing me a huge financial burden. I am thousands of dollars behind in child support(which I’m being taken to court to as well) and in legal fees. I just want my children safe and away from this man.
