Hi, my name is Cleo, and I’m a mom of three incredible kids.

Right now, I’m in the middle of an international legal process to bring my children back home to Canada. What started as a temporary situation has turned into something far more complicated, and I am doing everything in my power to make sure my kids can return to the place that has always been their home, their community, and their stability.

This has been one of the hardest experiences of my life.

Over the past few months, I’ve had to navigate legal systems across two countries, attend court proceedings, and advocate for my children while being physically separated from them. At the same time, I’m trying to stay strong, continue my education, work, and prepare a stable home for when they come back.

The emotional toll has been overwhelming. The financial toll has been just as heavy.

Legal fees, travel costs, and ongoing expenses have added up quickly, and I’m doing everything I can to keep going, but I can’t do this alone anymore.

I am asking for help so I can:

• Continue covering legal fees required to see this process through

• Travel for court dates and related proceedings

• Maintain stable housing and care for my children when they return

• Rebuild a safe, secure life for all of us

If you know me, you know how much my children mean to me. They are my entire world. Everything I am doing is for them to ensure they grow up in a stable, loving environment where they feel safe and supported.
