Help Me Get 50.50 Physical Custody

Hello friends, family, parents, single mothers & fathers, social media, and strangers. My name is Christopher Lopez. I have a son who is 2 and a half years old by the name of Benjamin Miranda. I love him so much it’s unbelievable. I have been fighting a custody battle since he was 5 months old. When he was 3 months old, his mother blocked me and my family from everything over a petty argument. I have no idea what he looked like when he was 3,4, and 5 months old. The mother lied to me and told me I wasn’t his father even though I was there the whole 9 months and after. You’ll notice I said my sons name is Benjamin Miranda, not Benjamin Lopez-Miranda. The mother lied to me about adding my last name on his birth certificate along with not adding my name as father to the birth certificate. I needed to know 100% that he was my biological son. Her “gut feeling” wasn’t enough for me. I sued her when my son was 5 months old, March 2021. The court ordered a DNA paternity test and it wasn’t til May 17 2021 that I found out he was actually my son. I cried like a baby that day I will never forget. It was like finding out all over again that you’re pregnant. There’s no easy way to say this but the mother is unbelievably petty. It’s been an ongoing 2 years of custody battle. I am a regular at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse for good reason. Up to this week, Monday June 12th and Tuesday June 13th was supposed to be the “last” court hearing. This is a trial. Not a regular court hearing. There’s evidence, witnesses, and a shit load of debt that I owe. Right now what I have is 30% physical custody. What the mother has is 70% physical custody. I am almost there. Although this trial was supposed to be just Monday and Tuesday the 12th and 13th of June this year, this week, it got a continuation of a third day which is Friday, June 23rd, next week. Im

not afraid to admit that I currently owe $15,000 dollars of debt to my current lawyer. I’m not afraid to admit anymore that I need help. I’m not afraid to admit that I am not well. The firm (lawyers office) needs at least $1000 by next trial which is literally less than a week away. If I don’t get this money I won’t have representation in the court. I really need this.
