I am an older single woman who is currently homeless. Recently, I was forced out of my home in the river bed, and all my belongings were thrown away. I have no family left and I'm all alone, and really struggling to find stability. Being without shelter has made every day a challenge, and I am doing my best to stay safe and hopeful while waiting for my housing voucher to be approved.

The funds raised will help me secure temporary shelter, so I can have a safe place to stay until I am able to move into permanent housing. It's illegal to be homeless, and I am worried about getting in trouble simply for not having a place to go.
