Last February, after months of refusing an honest and fair assessment of our family’s needs and finances, Dante sued me for 50/50 custody which he already had for Sukey’s entire life.

The reason he sued me was to destabilize me and make it harder for me to take Sukey with me to Pittsburgh where Dante also agreed to move should the family toy store be unable to afford our life in Savannah.

Dante stopped paying me for my work at the toy store which could not have opened without me, and could not have had the success of its first 2 years without my extensive contribution.

I am now in Pittsburgh securing my own job healthcare and housing but also traveling to see our daughter who he made it impossible for me to care for during the chaos of escaping his financial control.

Despite endless effort and options to reconcile, Dante will not talk to me without his lawyer and therefore we must go back to court to resolve this.

i need major financial help right now to secure a lawyer, while also stabilizing and traveling -

while also the country is falling into hostility and unpredictability from housing and healthcare to regular mass shootings and disappearing neighbors. Etc.

The state of the country and my inability to have my basic needs met in Georgia was the whole issue I brought to Dante which he refused to address and sued me instead. Despite settling with him after our first hearing (where he committed perjury by saying I did not help start the toy store not take care of Sukey for the first 6 years we lived in Savannah for his 6 figure job, at the end of which he had a new car big house and toy store and I had…no car, no house, and he stopped paying me and denied my value whatsoever)
