I never thought I’d be in this position, but I’m fighting for my son, and I can’t do it alone.

I have a joint custody agreement, the legal right to be in my son’s life, but my ex and her high-powered legal team are using intimidation tactics and endless financial resources to bully me out of my rightful time with him.

Now, they’re exploiting a legal technicality and are threatening 165 months, almost 14 years, without me seeing my child.

The most painful part? They’re using my almost 2 years of sobriety as a weapon against me. Instead of recognizing my growth, commitment, and the positive changes I’ve made, they’re twisting it into a reason to take my son away.
