Help Me Fight for My Right to Be a Father

My name is Joe, and I’m a dad who just wants to be in my children’s lives.

Right now, I have two young children that I love deeply, but I have no formal parenting time or visitation rights. The only order currently in place is child support — and while I work hard to meet that responsibility, I’m not given the chance to spend time with them, call them, or be part of their daily lives.

I believe that kids need both parents in their lives when it’s safe and healthy, and I’m ready to take the legal steps necessary to make that happen. Unfortunately, pursuing legal parenting rights is expensive. Between attorney retainers, court filing fees, mediation costs, and travel expenses, the financial burden is more than I can handle on my own.

That’s why I’m asking for help. Every dollar raised will go directly toward legal expenses to secure court-ordered parenting time and ensure I can be present in my children’s lives.

This isn’t about taking anything away from their mother — it’s about giving my kids the chance to have their dad there, cheering them on at school, helping with homework, celebrating birthdays, and being there through the hard times too. I don’t want my kids growing up thinking I didn’t fight for them.
