Hi, my name is Moraya and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit.

I'm currently in the middle of a difficult custody battle to protect my child and continue to create a stable, loving home. This legal process is not only emotionally exhausting but financially overwhelming I never imagined I’d need to ask for help, but right now, I truly do.

A part of my story is painful to share, but it's important to my journey. I am a survivor of sexual assault. The trauma I endured has had a lasting impact on my life and my ability to navigate the legal system alone. Despite this, I am standing up and fighting every day — for justice, for healing, and most importantly, for my child’s well-being.

The legal fees, court costs, and related expenses are growing quickly. Every dollar raised will go directly toward securing a qualified attorney who understands the sensitive nature of my case and can help ensure my voice — and my child’s best interests — are heard in court. Will need everything by the Second week of September
