Every time I hear about healthcare workers overwhelmed physically, emotionally, and spiritually, I want to set up my massage chair outside a local hospital and massage every worker who exits it.
PPE and food donations are great, but massage dissolves headaches and tension, eases anxiety and depression, releases grief, and, of course, reduces physical aches and pains that come with being on one’s feet for a 12-hour shift.
Thanks to one of my students who works at MedStar Washington Medical Center, I will be able to offer massages to its healthcare workers tending to people with coronavirus. There are 200+ workers at MedStar looking forward to my touch.
These funds will go toward purchasing massage supplies, cleaning supplies, and, most of all, PPE that must be disposed after each client's session. Money will also make it possible for me to get tested for Coronavirus every two weeks.
Please help me care for those who care for us and sponsor me.
Your donation of $20 would cover one 25-minute chair massage
Your donation of $40 would cover one 50-minute foot and calf massage
I understand that this is a tough time and there are other important campaigns, so any amount would go a long way toward helping me offer care to our front-line heroes.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Healer
PS If you know someone who works on the frontlines caring for coronavirus patients at a hospital in MoCo, Prince George’s County, or DC, connect her/him with me, please. These areas represent the majority of cases in the region, and I'm sure they'd appreciate a massage.
