A Little About Me and Our Journey So Far:

Hey everyone, my name is Nehemiah, and I'm so excited to share some big news with you. As many of you know, I've spent the summer working as a fundraiser, and it's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. With your incredible support, our very first donation day was a huge success. We collected over 7,200 items, and I was even able to secure a sponsorship from Amazon and work directly with our amazing chairwoman.

This journey has been inspiring, but it also showed me the limitations of what I could do on my own. It was a lot of work to do alone, and I ran into challenges like not being able to offer tax-exempt donations or provide service hours to potential volunteers. These challenges didn't discourage me; they gave me a clearer vision. I realized that to truly make a lasting impact, I need to create a formal organization. That's why I'm taking the next step and starting my own nonprofit organization. This will allow me to build a dedicated team, provide service hours, and give you the confidence of knowing your donations are tax-exempt. But starting a nonprofit comes with a lot of legal and filing fees. That's why I'm reaching out to you today.

Where Your Donation Will Go

I've set a goal of $500 to cover the initial costs of registering as a nonprofit. This money will be used for essential legal paperwork and filing fees to get us officially recognized.

Articles of Incorporation: This legal document officially creates the nonprofit entity in the state.

State and Federal Filing Fees: These fees are required to secure our tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Every single dollar will go directly toward these startup costs, helping me build a solid foundation so we can serve our community for years to come.
