Help me build an off grid community

Hello everybody! My name is Mike Voorbraak, I'm 26 years old and I'm trying to realize a dream that I have.
I have chosen to live without money about two years ago and in all that time I traveled with the backpack, lots of people have been so amazing and caring to me. They've given me food wherever I went, let me sleep in their place and give me showers. They have treated me like family. They are the most amazing people i have met and I'm still meeting more every day. And now finally I've got an opportunity to make my dreams come true and to give back to people like they did to me. A friend of mine donated me 1.3 hectares of land and I would like to make this land an off grid living paradise, where food will grow from the earth, water comes from the well, electricity comes from the sun and connection is made with nature and all animals and people can live in harmony with each others.
I would like to make this a place that can give back to people what people have given to me all this time.
I believe that life isn't just working a 9 to 17 job that includes paying bills and living in an ordinary building. I believe life is a lot more than that. Life in my eyes is connecting with nature, living with the surroundings and knowing how to cultivate everything yourself and so much more than that! Being self-sufficient and autonomous in times like these is what I believe is crucial, not just for those living on the land but the community around it too. Together we are here to help each other. And this is what I believe I can create with your help, a place where everybody wins and can get help from outside the system.
As I have chosen to live without money, I've not got the resources yet to create the dream I have.
The land is there, but that's about it. I would need to get tools, build a shed, get a pump and filters for drinkable water and so much more still. Also I don't have a car for transport and the town's aren't close by in walking distance, and so all of this I would like to realize with your help, all little bits help!
It would be absolutely amazing if I could realize this dream with your donation.
