*Help Save My Family from the Horrors of War in Gaza*

 Dear friends, I am Ahmed Alqishawi. 

I live in Belgium.

 I urgently need your help to save my family from the devastating effects of the ongoing war in Gaza.

 For 136 days, my loved ones, including my parents, 3 siblings, 3 in-laws, 8 nieces, and 3 nephews, have been trapped in Gaza, facing unimaginable challenges and dangers every day. 

 My parents, who have supported me throughout my life, are elderly and can no longer endure the constant bombings and lack of safety. 

My siblings, with their young children, are also struggling to survive in this war-torn region. 

 The picture attached is for my mom and her grandchildren along with my big brother Bassam. 

 My eldest brother, Bassam, is 43 years old and has two amazing and talented sons, Hatem and Mohammed, and two beautiful daughters, Nour and Rital, all under 14 years old.

 My sister, Hiba, is 42 years old and has five children, all of whom I adore and all under 13 years old. 

My brother Ghassan is married and has two lovely daughters, one 8 years old and the other 6 years old. 

 These innocent children have experienced more horror in their young lives than anyone should ever have to endure. 

They are traumatized, and if the war does not stop, *I fear I may lose them*.

 My family has been evacuating from one place to another, barely finding a place to sleep, lacking medicine for my elderly mother, and living in constant fear from strikes and bombings. 

The situation is dire, and *they urgently need your support to leave Gaza and rebuild their future in safety. 

* We once shared a vibrant life together in a spacious building of 5 floors. 

Tragically, it was reduced to rubble during the relentless latest attacks and siege of the Al-Shifa compound. 

My father and three brothers not only lost their businesses and home but also their friends and every shred of security. Despite this devastation,

** I am determined to keep alive their dream of a better life**. 

My sister, Hiba, miraculously survived the attacks, but the horrors didn't spare her innocent family.

 A tank shell mercilessly struck them while they sought refuge in our home, leaving her young son and husband gravely injured. 

 Therefore, I am raising funds to relocate my family from Gaza to Egypt, where they can start afresh in a safe environment. 

The total amount needed is $75000, which includes the costs of securing an exit through the Rafah border, accommodation, visa and travel documents, and other necessary expenses.

 I have saved some money, but the amount required is substantial, and it will take me years to accumulate it.

 *How Your Support Will Be Used* 

 1- Each family member needs to pay $5,000 for adults and $2,500 for children under 16 to the Hala Company to secure an exit through the Rafah border. 

This includes my parents, 3 siblings, their in-laws, 8 nieces, and 3 nephews. This is the only way to leave Gaza.

 2- Any additional funds raised will be used for securing accommodation, visa and travel documents, and other necessary expenses while they apply for a visa for a third country from Egypt, when that becomes possible. 

 3- The GoFundMe page's transaction fee is 2.9% + $0.25 per donation, totaling around $3,000.

 The total amount needed to evacuate and support my entire family is a minimum of $75,000.
