For the last couple of years I've been helping my family with their financial problems but I am still in my 20s so it has been hard and a lot of pressure to deal with, especially since i moved to LA and I have my personal expenses to take care of. I still want to help my family but doing it alone has gotten too much for me so I hope you consider helping! 

My mom developed a hernia surgery after she had my sister Jade in 2011, the pregnancy was complicated by myoma. The doctors helped and she moved on but in 2014 she started to feel pain so she had some radiology studies done and she found she had a hernia. She tried to get a surgery to get it removed but my family couldn't afford it so my mom decided to push through the pain but the pain got progressively worse and after 10 years it has gotten to the point she struggles doing most types of physical activity. I was a teenager and my mom avoided talking about her pain to not worry us so I didn't know how bad it was until the last time I visited Mexico. 

The money will be used for immidiate things like groceries and my sister's school expenses. The goal is to also save the money to pay for surgery!

Another thing with less priority I want to do is help my mom buy a car so she can move around. In October 2023 hurricane Otis impacted Acapulco, the city where I grew up and where my parents currently live. Fortunately nobody I know got hurt but there was a lot of property damage and my mom had been dealing with car issues, she has spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the problems as they come up but they have gotten more frequent that the easiest thing to do is to get an used car with no problems.
