Help Me and My Two Boys Through Health Struggles

Hi everyone,

My name is Fanny. I come to you today with a plea for assistance as a single mother of two young boys, facing a devastating health crisis which has led to severe financial hardships. I've been battling the relentless challenges of diabetes for decades, but in the beginning of 2023, my life took a heartbreaking turn. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 chronic kidney disease, which has led to a series of hospitalizations, a loss of my job, and, most importantly, a lack of income.

Over the past few months, I've been in and out of the hospital, fighting tirelessly against my condition so that I can provide and care for my boys. Regrettably, my health has deteriorated to a point where I can no longer provide for my two beloved sons. The bills continue to mount, and the disability application process is dragging on, leaving us in a dire situation with no stable source of income.
