Help me and my little guy get a fair settlement

Hi My name is Luciana and this is my little one he’s 4 years old and his name is Lucca. He’s my ray of sunshine and my best friend. He’s the best ever. He’s the most loving little boy I know. He has a lot of energy and super happy.  We need your help so we can get a fair settlement. I got served a few days ago with my divorce papers and I only have 15 days from now to write a response for the letter. I feel very pressured with this court letter with a due date and the high cost attorney fees. I really need your help so I can afford to pay an attorney. So far I had a few consultations and still more to come. I want to feel comfortable and find the one that I think is going to fight for us like we deserve,  they have been charging me anything from $2500 to $5000 retainer. They are not giving me the chance to pay in payments that would be just to start and answer this letter. So I don’t have much time. I need to fight for a fair and honest settlement for me and little one. My solely income right now is from my online clothing store selling bikinis. Little one schools are closed and I can’t find a private day care that would take him, the one he used to go is full, their capacity right know is 1/3 only since Covid and since he’s not fully potty trained and he also has some delays,  and was diagnosed with autism, no other private day care is accepting him. He was going to a special program and it’s public so now it will be E learning. So I work from home and keep little one. The letter that was served to me was not a fair letter and it has a lot of lies. Stating the dad is the main caretaker from our little one since birth and a lot more, asking me to pay child support, asking me to pay his attorney fees etc. I’ve been there for little one since day one. I have no family here and it’s always been me and him. I don’t think it’s correct someone else take credit for all I’ve done. I changed my life for my little one and he’s the world for me as all my friends and family  know with no financial help on top of that.  It’s been difficult but God has been providing for us and I’m not afraid to work and little one is my motivation to wake up and work hard no days off. I thought a lot before doing this this was a friends idea and I don’t want to regret later for not getting a good lawyer that would fight for us and our rights. I might not get another chance in years. And I don’t want to get stuck with an unfair settlement. Being a single mom is not easy, I don’t have much, but I do everything I can for my little munchkin, all of it. And coming up with this amount of money in a short period of time when you have to pay rent, utility bills, cell phone, put food on the table and can’t work outside and is limited to work from home cause of the new circumstances. I really don’t see how. So this is a plead from a desperate mom. Please help us. I just need to buy time. After this for the motions that I’m sure will be more I will pay for it. This just came in a tough time and I was not ready for it. Again thank you so much I don’t like to ask help and this took me a lot of courage to do it. But I don’t want to let my pride to get in the middle of this. My little one deserve it and it’s all for him and his future . Ola eu e o meu pequeno precisamos da sua ajuda, recebi uns papéis da corte do pai dele e tenho que responder em 20 dias, a partir hoje são 15 na carta falam inúmeras mentiras inclusive que o pai e o principal na vida do meu pequeno desde onascimento e querendo tirar todos os nossos direitos. Eu sou mãe solteira e meu pequeno tem autismo e estou trabalhando de casa ultimamente pois ele não tem escola. Tenho uma lojinha de biquínis e e minha única renda ultimamente e não recebo nada do pai. Ele contratou um advogado privado e ainda está pedindo que eu pague peloshonorários dele entre outras coisas.
