Hello.

A lot of you may not know me, may know me from Matthew (Waffle), my partner, or actually know me.

Recently, my father and I have been facing financial struggles and lost our apartment as we were unable to afford four times the amount he makes. Around mid-October, we tried to explain to our old landlord that he's been losing mobility and finding it difficult to keep up with working. We asked if she could give us just two more days until his check came in and we would be caught up.

But instead, she gave us four days to move out.

It's been currently three weeks in a motel, and we're having to pay daily to at least have a roof over our heads. However, we can't afford to spend anymore and will have to leave and live in our car. As for me, I'm being sent to my sister's while my dad has to suffer and live in our car until he can find us a new place.

We have two cats I love deeply, even if they drive me crazy, and every day I worry we might have to surrender them just to keep them safe.

I've been struggling to find a job in my area as places have been known to heavily reject young adults who are inexperienced.

And with hearing my father cry, it makes me feel as if I haven't been doing enough.

I will not ask for much as I know it's difficult wanting to help when you yourself cannot. I'm still heavily grateful you took the time to read.
