Hello everyone
My wife and I are trying to raise enough money for us to begin the whole legal process of adopting my 3 step children. They have lived with me for over 3 years, their biological father isn't consistent nor present for that matter. He disappears for months on end with no word and before that years without contact. And what little time he has with them is spent trying to cause confrontation with my wife regardless of their presence. Just recently my wife and I had our first child together, and my children have been asking for sometime now when can they have my last name like their baby sister. More than anything I want to be able to grant them this wish
The money we are raising is going strictly to hiring an attorney to handle our case and get things in motion. More than anything we just want to be a happy family in every way possible, including legally.
