Hello everyone ,

My name is McKenzie Anderson and I currently live in Aldershot. I’m reaching out because I’m in a really difficult situation and I’m hoping for some support.

Since around 2014, my mum has been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. During that time she has had two serious episodes, but we managed to get through them and help her recover back to how she was before. Unfortunately, this time things are much worse than they’ve ever been, and she has had to be taken into hospital.

My mum has always been my main source of support, including helping me with food and basic necessities. Without her at home right now, and with my nan no longer here to help either, I’ve found myself in a very difficult position.

I’m asking for any help people might be able to give towards food so I can support myself during these difficult months while my mum focuses on getting the care she needs and recovering her health.

Any help or support would mean a lot to me. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.
