L Gourmet in Beachwood is reaching out to you on behalf of one of our own, Mayra Lopez Gonzalez and her three teenage children. As a high school student, 20 years ago, Mayra was my first hire when I started L Gourmet. Through the years I've watched her grow into a mature, responsible, wonderful mother of three. She has such a positive attitude and is a joy to be around. Yesterday a fire destroyed the Bayville home where they were living and everything in it. Thankfully all family members got out safely. As you can imagine this loss is devastating.

All funds raised will help them start over with housing, daily needs, clothing, bedding, furnishings, etc. Every donation, large or small will help make a difference.

Thank you to all the firefighters, police and emergency personnel who assisted during this tragedy. Myra and family are extremely grateful to everyone for their support as this will be a long road ahead.
