Hi, my name is Julia and I'm doing a fundraising for my brother Maxx. He was car jacked on Monday, September 27, 2021 around 8pm in Oakland, CA. He had just filled his car with gas after playing at a band recording session. His was attacked by 7 men, 4 of whom had guns. He was dragged out of his car and hit in the back of his head with a gun and is now dealing with a mild concussion. They took his car, prescription glasses, wallet, cell phone and drum equipment. My brother is on disability and works part-time as a drum teacher. Without his drum equipment, he can not work. I know this is hard time for many people and we appreciate anything you might be able to donate. He is needing about $2000 to replace the items that were in his car.
