I am writing this for my nephew Matthew Ludwig. He has just gotten out of 16 days in the hospital, six of which were in ICU on a ventilator, He had a rare throat infection, ironically called Ludwig’s disease.

He was just starting to get back on his feet again after a year at Phoenix rescue, and a sober living house, He has worked on transportation docks on a fork lift for the past 29 years. After going through rehab he was able to get part time jobs. Finally, after months and many applications and interviews, he was suppose to start a full time, Monday through Friday forklift job on April 7th. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Now he is starting the process of applying again. He just needs a little help to get maybe a couple months rent to get back on his feet. He tried getting help from the State, nothing came of that. His family has been helping. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
