Help Mathew with transportation

Hello my name is Cameron Clair and I am writing this on behalf of my father Matthew Clair. We are reaching out for help as my father is not able to work himself and is in dire financial straits. My father is a quadriplegic, as well as many other health issues, and has to routinely go to the hospital for care. Writing this is not easy for him because before his accident he was a hard working man providing for his family. He spent 20 years serving the the United States Navy, alot of which he was deployed for 8 month terms overseas. Once he retired he landed a job he wanted in Cleveland, Ohio, managing a welding facility until his accident, which changed his life drastically. My father is a family man and loves spending time with his kids, especially his granddaughter. So this leads me to why we are here. His current van is not going to pass inspection and is a saftey hazard to drive at this point. The frame is rusting through on the front and sides of the van. We are asking for donations to put forth to a wheelchair accessible van for transportation to the hospital for future appointments as well as out of town treatment when needed.
