Help Martyrs’ Staff Victims of Robbery & Assault

2 Martyrs’ employees were robbed and pistol whipped after work last night.

Phones, wallets, and bags were stolen. Thousands of dollars worth of stuff.

The phones were tracked to 5714 W Erie.

Pistol whipping and armed robbery is a serious offense. Unfortunately it took three 911 calls and 35 minutes before the police arrived to the venue.

As many of you know, Martyrs’ has been a family owned and operated business since 1995. How can we continue to do business in the City of Chicago if our staff does not feel safe going home after work? When our government’s response to an assault with a deadly weapon is so poor?

Thankfully no one was seriously hurt. We started this gofundme to get new phones, wallets, and assist with any of the fraud associated with this assault. If you have a couple of bucks to spare, it would be a huge help. Stay safe out there everyone.
