Hello everyone,

My name is Anesia Stewart, and I am the creator of this GoFundMe campaign. I’ve created this GoFundMe to help the people of Mars, Roehampton in St. James, who have been deeply affected by the devastating impact of Hurricane Melisa. Our community has suffered significant losses—homes have been damaged, families displaced, and many are struggling to recover and rebuild their lives.

Mars has always been a strong and caring community, and now more than ever, we need to come together to help each other rebuild. I’ve seen firsthand the pain, but also the resilience of our people, and I believe with a little help, we can bring hope back to those who’ve lost so much.

As someone who cares deeply about the well-being of our people, I’ve started this fundraiser to provide direct relief and essential support to those most in need. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help us bring hope and stability back to our neighbors as we work together to restore our community.
