Hello family, friends and Kingdom of Tonga!

I’m beyond excited to share that next month in June, I’ll be traveling to the beautiful Kingdom of Tonga on a service trip with Life Chiropractic College West! This opportunity is incredibly close to my heart—after 3 years of intense training, I finally get to serve a community through the gift of chiropractic care.

This trip is all about connection, healing, and giving back—and I truly can’t wait to meet and support the amazing people of Tonga.
