Help Mark and Jessica Rebuild Their Home

Dear Friends and Family,

We’re reaching out on behalf of our beloved friends, Mark and Jessica Rocello, whose lives were turned upside down overnight. On June 26, the internal AC unit in the condo above theirs suddenly failed, causing severe flooding throughout their entire home. Within minutes, several inches of water poured through the ceilings and walls, saturating their furniture, floors, and personal belongings.

Their home—the heart of their family’s daily life—is now unlivable. The fire department has deemed the property unsafe to occupy due to significant damage and the lack of electricity and running water.

The emotional toll this situation has taken on their family has been hard, especially for their children, one of whom has special needs. The sudden disruption to their routine and safe environment has been extremely difficult and will continue to be challenging until they can return home.
