Help Mark and Family Through Medical Crisis

It is with great sadness that we have to announce Mark has succumbed to his illness. He was so strong and fought as hard and long as he could.

Mark passed away on Wednesday, surrounded by his family.

As many of you know, Mark aka Dr. Rigoni, has had an ongoing battle with medical issues including kidney failure for the past 20 years. He has been on dialysis the last 5 years. About 6 months ago, he had no choice but to “retire” as he could no longer keep going at the Vet clinic. Veterinary work was his passion, and he really loved all of his clients, especially the furry ones.

Even more so than the animals, he is a big family man and has always put his family first. There is nothing he loves more than his beautiful wife, Natalie, his children Katarina and Hunter and grandchildren.

It has been an incredibly hard journey for Mark and a very hard and heartbreaking one for his family and friends.

There seems to be no end in sight and his family has used every resource possible to get through these difficult years.
