Marisol means the Sea and the Sun, and she is exactly that to her children, mom, and other family and friends, including this Tia. ❤️‍

Sadly, Marisol who is a healthcare worker and a single mother, is intubated because of COVID pneumonia in a Texas hospital. Marisol is unable is keep her oxygen levels up; and after being hospitalized for three weeks, her physicians are doing everything to save our sweet niece. We don’t know how long she will stay in the ICU. The ICU nurses and doctors caring for Marisol are giving her the utmost attention and we are extremely grateful for her quality of care. Thank you!

Given what we know about the long-term effects of SARS-2, there is no clear timeline for Marisol’s hospital stay. When she does come home, she may not be well enough to return to work for sometime. Marisol’s biggest worries are keeping her children safe and taking care of their living expenses while she’s unable to financially care for them.

Asking for help is not taken lightly. Marisol means the world to us. Loving Marisol means she loves you back harder. Her children miss and need her terribly!
