Hi, my name is Gaia Guarda, and I started this funding to support my family while my dad is fighting cancer.

 

A few weeks ago, he had to go to the hospital because he had trouble breathing. He was able to go home after staying at the hospital for a few days, unfortunately after a week, he had to go back because he couldn't breathe again.

He was then put in an artificial coma, and he was diagnosed with an aggressive type of leukemia. He is currently in treatment.

 

My dad is the breadwinner of the family, he can't work for the moment (and for the months to come while he is recovering). Not being able to provide for my mom and my little brothers is adding even more stress to him. 

All the funds will be use to cover bills like rent, electricity, food and help with transportation. To make sure they are able to take care of him without stressing out about money on top of everything else.
