I'm Beth Van Aernem and I have worked side by side with Marilou for close to 7 years. She is an incredibly dedicated and kind employee who has faced many difficult medical challenges in her life, not only within the last year but in years past. Now she is facing a terminal cancer diagnosis. As the the matriarch of her family, she frequently worries about their well-being after she is no longer with them.

She is well-loved by the employees she works with and supports and deserves to be celebrated every day. She is strong and fearless, genuine and compassionate; she is one of a kind. I'm amazed by her fortitude and positive attitude through all that she has endured.
