Help Marella and her 6 kids get on their feet

My dear friend Marella is going through a rough divorce after being a stay at home mom for most of her adult life. She has 6 wonderful children and a job, but it doesn't pay well enough to get them up on their feet after losing her soon to be ex-husband's income. 

Also looking for a new rental home for them in Kirkland, as the home they've rented for the last 6.5+ years will not be available to them soon thanks to a landlord who is unwilling to work with them.
